Merchant eligibility & compliance

Built for high-risk businesses. Not built on empty promises.

EasyAccept.cards is a high-risk payment processing solutions brand focused on legitimate merchants that need a more specialized application and underwriting review—including lawful U.S. research suppliers and RUO peptide businesses.

Applications welcome. Approval is independent.

We welcome initial account registration from small and growing businesses; no monthly volume threshold is required merely to begin an inquiry. Approval, zero-reserve terms, card-network access, transaction limits and settlement are not automatic. They depend on review and the written terms of the actual authorized processing provider.

1. Our high-risk processing focus

Traditional merchant-account programs apply additional underwriting to businesses with specialized products, elevated disputes, complex compliance, limited processing history or online fulfilment. EasyAccept specializes in serving these high-risk merchants with structured underwriting, payment acceptance solutions, business-specific review and merchant account support.

EasyAccept welcomes applications across all lawful high-risk industries, including nutraceuticals and supplements, compliant CBD/hemp, subscriptions and continuity billing, travel and ticketing, licensed telehealth and wellness services, digital products and education, high-ticket e-commerce, RUO laboratory and peptide suppliers, lawful adult-oriented businesses, legally authorized gaming and fantasy sports, licensed financial and credit services, dating platforms and specialty marketplaces. Merchants in additional lawful sectors can apply for individual consideration. Each category is subject to applicable law, location-specific licensing, payment-network restrictions and underwriting policies; not every provider supports every category.

2. What underwriters assess

  • Legal company existence, tax identification and disclosed beneficial ownership.
  • Actual products, pricing, regulatory classification, website content and proof of lawful business practices.
  • Processing history, disputes, refunds, delivery times and consumer complaints.
  • Projected monthly volume and average/maximum transaction size.
  • Jurisdiction of operation, company licences, returns policy, support channels and security practices.
  • Bank-account verification and financial statements, when reasonably necessary and collected through an approved secure process.

3. Documents applicants should prepare

  • Business formation records and EIN or equivalent tax documentation.
  • Relevant sales-tax, seller, reseller or industry licences where required.
  • Most recent three monthly business-bank statements with the initial underwriting application, when secure upload is operational.
  • Most recent three monthly merchant-processing statements for businesses with current or previous card-processing history; new businesses may mark this not applicable.
  • Identification and ownership verification for controllers and beneficial owners when requested.
  • Business website, fulfilment/refund/chargeback policies, and for research suppliers, relevant product lists, laboratory documentation and compliance information.

Document collection is currently staged. EasyAccept accounts and non-sensitive business-profile drafts are enabled. Bank statements, EINs, ownership identity records and final underwriting submissions are not yet accepted through the portal. Do not send those files by ordinary email.

4. Research-use-only peptides and laboratory products

Lawful research businesses may apply for individualized consideration, but a “for research use only” label is not a legal exemption for products that are actually promoted or intended for human use. Review will consider product classification, advertising representations, target customers, available licensing, permitted jurisdictions, supporting documentation and any applicable FDA requirements.

EasyAccept does not approve unlawful drug sales, misrepresented prescription products, disguised checkout activity, undisclosed fulfilment or false research-purpose claims. Approval for one product or category is not approval for every item in a merchant catalogue.

5. Reserves, minimums and settlement

Initial inquiries do not require established high sales volume. However, financial institutions set their own processing eligibility, potential minimums and merchant contract obligations. Some qualified merchants may be offered no reserve, while others may be offered rolling/fixed reserves, delayed settlement or additional collateral depending on underwriting; no particular arrangement is promised by this website.

Transaction fees, chargeback limits, holdbacks, currencies and funding schedules will only be authoritative in a signed merchant agreement with an authorized provider.

6. Your processing agreement and service terms

EasyAccept is focused on high-risk payment processing for qualified businesses. We evaluate processing requirements, collect underwriting documentation, and help coordinate appropriate merchant account solutions and checkout integration.

Once your merchant account is approved, the applicable processing agreement specifies the contracting provider, payment-network acceptance, pricing, any rolling or fixed reserve, settlement timeline, chargeback terms and servicing responsibilities. Your account-specific written terms control.

7. Applicant acknowledgement

By creating a merchant account and preparing information, applicants acknowledge that they are seeking an individualized high-risk processing review and must provide accurate, lawful business information. Registering does not obligate an institution to approve them, and a preliminary status is not an approval or authorization to process card transactions.
